Online Class Schedule
This class is both a relaxing and dynamic way to welcome your weekend. The teacher will take into consideration the needs of the students. Classes are paced adequately for everyone’s participation.

About props
The most important prop is your body. The following are suggested supports that may help make your experience more pleasant, more dynamic and more instructive.
1 sticky mat
1-2 blocks
3 blankets (or thick towels)
1 bolster (or cushions/pillows)
1 strap (or scarf)
1 folding metal chair (or any chair)
Private Instruction
Private sessions offer the opportunity to ask individual questions and receive attention for personal difficulties you might be facing in your practice; they allow time to address injuries in a more relaxed setting; and they can provide the freedom to test your limits in a safe and individually supportive environment.
