All the asanas she carefully thought about in order for me to get better, she used all the tools she had at her disposal for our work, pulling parts of my body when it was necessary, using weights, ropes... she used to take pictures too to see how my body was doing and to show her colleagues for their opinion too. I don’t think you can ask for a more knowledgeable, caring teacher. You are a team with her and that is everything when you are in so much pain as I was!!!! ”
